For All-Star warm-ups on Saturday, July 25 we are going to offer two options. In order to properly staff both options, please indicate which option you are selecting for your swimmer(s) by completing the Google Form below.

Option 1: Warm-up at Stone Ridge 6:15-6:30 AM. Please arrive in the team area by 6:05 AM. 

Option 2: Warm-up at the Sycamore Pool 6:50-7:10 AM. Please arrive by 6:45 AM.

Coaches will be stationed at the designated drop-off area at Stone Ridge starting at 7:15 AM to help escort swimmers to our team area. Please note there will be NO 2nd half warm-ups at Stone Ridge.
